Meet Donnie Carman
My Musical Journey
Growing up in Eastern West Virginia, Donnie had a huge list of influences from 50’s 60’s pop, country, to 80’s rock and 90’s alternative and pop country.
He got to see Ricky Nelson live at a very young age and from there he was hooked. From the energy of the crowd, to the lights, sound, and live musicians, he knew this was his fate. Donnie started out playing guitar and singing with a High school rock band, from there he went on to play drums in several local bands then onto regional touring acts. His love for all music shows, but his seat behind his drums feels like home.
Still playing guitar after 30 plus years, he performs as a singer guitarist throughout the week and back behind the drums on the weekends with a local country cover band Tennessee Mojo.
Available for most any event. From nursing homes, restaurants, private events Donnie has you covered as a solo, duo, or even a trio acoustic act, or a full band for bigger events requiring a larger sound.
